We have developed considerable experience with working on large new build sites for some of the leading national house builders such as, Bellway Homes, Persimmon Homes and Charles Church. We have also established good working relationships with smaller developers to produce electrical work of a high standard.
In 2017 we completed work on 306 new build properties in line with the necessary guidelines and regulations. Previous to this we also contributed to many NHBC award winning housing sites, which demonstrates our proficient experience in electrical installation and our professionalism. Working on new build sites has allowed us to expand our in-house training and mentoring of young apprentices’. We currently support apprentice’s and instil a sound work ethic in terms of speed, motivation and quality of work required by site managers to ensure programmes and specifications are successfully accomplished. |
